MENU COSTING
We cost your food product to insure that menu pricing is profitable. This package includes complete recipe cards, a kitchen training manual for recipes and portioning, photos of each plated item to insure proper plating and portioning, a complete inventory sheet that can be used to conduct physical monthly inventory, vendor order sheets and a par system so that anyone on-site can place the right order! Weekly flashcards are also used to help you compute your weekly food cost and to prepare a budget for the upcoming week.

BAR SERVICES
We work with you to create imaginative drink menus to complement your food, determine the product necessary for opening inventory, establish relationships with vendors, and develop a full inventory system that can be used for pricing and monthly physical inventory. We also specialize in bar spotter services.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
This is a three part service. We first meet with owners and managers to establish customer service expectations. Then we conduct staff training to work through industry standards of customer service, expectations of owners and managers, server-sequencing, and core values in hospitality and job performance metrics. The final meeting is a follow up meeting with owners and staff to analyze improvements and address remaining concerns. This training is successful because it incorporates the input from your staff and focuses on team building techniques.
